Happy new year! A quick update to let you know that our early morning (indoor) bootcamp classes have now moved to Friday mornings at 6.45am.
Bootcamps are a great way to get fit in a fun group environment. Our excellent trainers do all the thinking and will motivate you to do all the hard work!
In a typical bootcamp session you will be doing:
- Tyre flipping
- Core exercises
- Kettlebell swings
- Aerobic workouts
- Battle ropes
- plus many more to mention and of course the dreaded burpees!
Bootcamp classes are a great way to get fit and keep fit. They are £5 for non-members, free for members and it takes place in Iechyd Da Gym, Canton. They are run by some of our fab trainers, Cadi and Jez.
