This video is all about developing those hamstrings (and glutes) with the stability ball. It’s a great exercise for people building up to doing Romanian deadlifts – its called a ‘hamstring extension with curl’.

There’s two exercises, one to get you going and one for advancing it to the next phase – these are some of the exercises that I build into my personal training schedules to develop hamstring and glute strength when Romanian deadlifts are just a little out of reach, plus you have the added stability of the floor to help.
