Monday 7.30pm Pilates Charity class- Donations go to Whizz Kids
Tuesday 12.30pm - JO'S 20-20
Wednesday 6pm Mat pilates
Wednesday 7pm Fitness Pilates
Wednesday 8pm - Circuit Training
Thursday 6.15 ZUMBA
Saturday 10.30am - CARDIO SCULPT + AB BLAST
Sunday 7pm - PILATES
Class Descriptions:
JO's 20/20 - This 45minute class is perfect for a lunch break. Combining 20minutes of aerobic work with 20minutes of Fitness Pilates
PILATES - Teaches body awareness and good posture while increasing core strength, flexibility and overall stability
FITNESS PILATES - While maintaining the principles of pilates, this class moves at a quicker pace working not only on body awareness but on a weight loss workout
PILATES EDGE - Incorporating various pieces of equipment, pilates edge is a great way to develop your core control and stability further
PILATES STRETCH - While focusing on body posture and core control, this class is for anyone looking to increase their flexibility and slow things down and relax
CARDIO SCULPT - This total body workout targets muscle strength and endurance. The continuous exercise to my great cheesy music keeps your heart rate up for a sweat drenched sculpting workout
AB BLAST - Test your middle with a blast of core conditioning workouts to increase ab strength and stability
